My wife and I decided to put our house on the market and set about finding an estate agent to sell our property. We contacted several estate agents one of which was Howard Cundey. Howard Cundey Live impressed us with their professionalism and enthusiastic approach to selling our property.

Almost imediatly we had several quality viewings and soon several offers were made one of which we found acceptable.
Having found a property ourselves we looked forward to exchanging contracts. The solicitors Cook-Woodhouse were great keeping us informed at all times, and the team available at the end of the phone everything proceeded to plan with minimal problems.
Having now moved in I would like to thank everyone for all the help they provided.

You keep in touch quite a lot, and have done everything I have asked for, and provided good advice too. I have been happy with Howard Cundey Live, it works out well as it is cheaper but I have still had a good level of service.

They have been brilliant with Howard Cundey Live, they have provided a great level of care and kept in touch. I was happy with the way that Howard Cundey Live worked, it really suited us as it meant we could check on things after work.

I was registered with Howard Cundey in a traditional agency sense and was suggested to move to the online portal Howard Cundey Live. I was told if it did not work I could move back over to the traditional agency. This was amazing, I have not seen this before, it is really fresh and I have recommended. Dominic has been my main contact, he has been fantastic. We have now sold and are looking to purchase on, he has been great and kept us updated.
