Under the Electrical Safety Standards Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020, it is law to have the electrical circuits tested and certified and any repairs carried out. To ensure you remain complaint, we will arrange this for you. Our fee is £125 plus VAT, in addition to the electrician’s charges for attending the property and carry out any works (if required).  If you do not require this service we will need to see evidence that the property has been certified and passed as we have a duty of care to you and the tenant.
