Giving something back to our community is really important to us.  Howard Cundey is actively involved with the Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance which is a vital resource to all that live within and visit the areas in which we work. We’re always looking for new ways to raise funds and past activities have included sky diving, the Double 100 bike ride, cake sales, raffles and more.

From 2012 to the end of 2014 we had raised over £20,000, and that number is continuing to grow.

As well as this, each office is heavily involved at a local level, regularly supporting schools, sports clubs and community events. These include:

– Biggin Hill Festival of Flight
– Blethchingley Fair
– Chailey School
– Dormansland Carnival
– Edenbridge Piranhas Swimming Club
– Forest Row Football Club
– Imberhorne School
– Lingfield Marathon
– Reigate Football Club
– Southdown Netball Club
– Tatsfield Rovers Football Club

Many of our team have also provided inspirational talks to school children, conducted business studies classes, participated in career events and even helped upcoming local talent to gain work experience.

The 2015 Biggin Hill Festival of Flight will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain. Howard Cundey are a key sponsor at this event, and are continually proud to support such important community events like this and others. Tickets are currently on sale at your local Howard Cundey branch at a cheaper rate than booking direct.  You can also win tickets by registering for our community newsletter. Register here or find your local branch to purchase tickets.

At Howard Cundey we have recognised that social media is a big part of engaging with the community. In 2014 we were thrilled to win The Sunday Times and The Times Estate Agency of the Year Bronze Award.
